  Last Sunday was a horrible experience. I go to Andy's weekly for a treat. Last night I had a hot fudge sundae and it was so good. So I had to go back today and wanted it made into a concrete with cheesecake chunks into it. I ordered it and it was given to me and I asked the guy if they added the cheesecake and he thinks he forgot to add it. He then had them remake it and I also asked if they could add a little more hot fudge bc it wasn't chocolate enough. He said since they didn't charge me for the cheesecake it would be an additional .75 and I was like no it was your fault for not adding it to the order. It was remade and he got the assistant manager Issac. He said they would have to charge me. I said no that is bad customer service and I said since it was not enough chocolate just give me a hot fudge sundae then. They threw away 2 concretes the first one that was made wrong then the second one that they refused to give me. Then I told them since I paid for a medium concrete I want to be refunded. The assistant manager refunded the over 6 dollar charge. So Andy's lost 6 dollars when the best customer service would have been to give me the concrete that was made over 75 cents. We will be calling the area manger. This was ridiculous and we caused the line to go around into the road as we were there for at-least 6 minutes.
  
  It’s been 4 days since reaching out to corporate and the area manager and no response.
