  Worst customer service I’ve ever seen at a restaurant in my experience, and I’m honestly not exaggerating. We play soccer Wednesday nights and have tried to pass by here on our way home some 6 or 7 times to grab a drink or milkshake. Their ice cream machine is NEVER on or working. I’ve heard a million excuses. Tonight was the final straw... we pulled through the drive through and sat at the intercom for some 5 minutes. Finally we pulled to the window to try and get someone there. We saw a lady talking on her phone. She looked right at us and walked away. We sat there for 10 minutes. We knocked on the window, nothing. We called the location, no answer. They simply refused to come to the window at all, an never bothered to tell us anything at all. This was Wednesday the 21st of March right around midnight in case someone reads this and wants to improve their store...
  
  Absolutely rediculous. It’s a crying shame that there are people in the world who think these people should be paid $15 an hour...
